Arthur & Lancelot

Every time there is a new Arthurian film, I get excited & then my hopes are dashed on the casting couch. Now it's that time again - a new film due to start shooting early in the new year & a release date of March 2013. Lancelot is going to be played by Joel Kinnaman from Sweden (he was in 'The Killing' & original 'The Girl With The Dragon Tattoo'). He looks a bit greasy in this pic but I can see a very acceptable transformation in his future. I'm not entirely convinced by Kit Harrington as Arthur, though. He works well in GoT but he's a bit pouty and doe eyed for King of the Britons. Time will tell.... I'm so excited! The film might be made by the director of 'Wedding Crashers' but it is apparently going to be a serious, action film. Can't wait!!!

Haunted Air

A creepy but fascinating book of freaky found photos, all dating between 1875 and 1955, titled Haunted Air. David Lynch wrote the introduction and Geoff Cox the afterword. Here is a glimpse of how the old, weird America celebrated All-Hallows Eve. The quotes are wonderful.
